Sunday, October 16, was our annual meeting and the election of three new members of the board. The Board of Directors presented a slate consisting of Glenna Divine, Jay Mcgee and Jery Priddy. All were adopted unanimously. The board then selected the officers of the board who are:
Commodore Joe Kucharski
Vice Commodore Steve Bucher
Treasurer Glenna Divine
Secretary Holly Budreau
The remaining members of the board are Mike Pace, Jake Dunnuck and Keith Addison.
Thanks go to both Charlie Earhart and Jane Wiechel who are leaving the board and sailing off into the sunset.
Dock Days is rapidly approaching. For those who have requested an extended stay beyond Dock Days slip reassignments were distributed yesterday so if you did not receive the email please contact me. If you have not signed up for Dock Days we still have spots available and your help would be appreciated. You can sign up by going t the club web site and go to the Dock Days sign up sheet.
Fo those who are staying past Dock Days just a quick reminder that water willl be shut off after Dock Days. The house will officially close after Dock Days.
All boats that are being removed prior to Dock Days need to be removed from the club premises by Wednesday October 26, 2022. We will begin staging materials and tools necessary for Dock Days beginning Thursday October 27, 2022 so it is essential that we not have obstacles. If you have any personal property in the dock house it also needs to be removed.
Our start time for Dock Days is 9:00 AM and specific work assignments will be available at that time so check in at the dock house. We will have coffee and donuts in the morning and water throughout the day. For those who signed up in the to work owe will have sub sandwiches for lunch.
