This spring we are introducing limited indoor storage in the dock house. There will be 10 compartments capable of holding 2 or more kayaks and/or paddle boards. The vessels will be stored vertically in a 32” wide by 48” deep compartment. There will be a $50 seasonal fee per compartment from April 1 to October 30. The compartment can be shared between members but the fee will need to be paid by one member.
The following conditions must be met to store a vessel in the storage area:
- Each vessel must have an annual Prairie Creek Permit
- Fees must be paid By March 15th
- Vessels must be kept inside the assigned storage compartment and not left in any other areas of the dock house
- Only member kayaks/paddle boards may be stored in the dock house
Since we only have 10 compartments we will conduct a drawing of those interested with the first 10 names drawn being awarded a compartment. Only one name per membership can be submitted for the drawing. If you are interested in this program please respond this email by January 31, 2024. The drawing will be conducted on ZOOM at 7:00 PM February 1, 2024. Use the link below if you wish to observe the drawing. Results of the drawing will be posted on the website not later than February 2, 2024.
